Order Process
Fantaisie Gaze is based in Davao City, Philippines--all items are in Php. Payment methods include fund transfer via BDO, Gcash, and PayPal for international payments and credit cards.
We work in a pay-as-you-order system. Once an order is placed, you are given 1 day to fulfill your payment with the given payment details during checkout. A photo of the receipt must be sent to our Instagram @fantaisiegaze or to our email fantaisiegaze@gmail.com for confirmation with “Payment + Your Order ID” as the subject.
If payment has not been made within 1 day, the order will be cancelled and marked as void. If the payment was sent after the cancellation, you will be refunded the total amount or asked to place an order again provided that the product is still available.
Orders may take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped out for in-stock items. Pre-order shipping times are unique to each design and will be stated in their respective product listings. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.
You will receive e-mail updates once an order is placed and shipped. Please provide correct shipping details to avoid shipping issues.
Product customizations and rush orders are welcome. For custom requests, reach out to us to be assisted. Additional fees apply.
Shipping
On-hand items are shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping of pre-order items vary per design or pre-order period. Read the announcements bar or each product page to see estimate lead time.
If a pre-order and in-stock item are ordered together, an additional shipping fee will be required for the second shipment. However, the buyer can also opt for simultaneous shipment for the two items to be shipped later when the pre-order item is ready to ship.
All local orders are primarily shipped via JRS Express (1-3 days). Please allow additional time for delivery in the event of local disruptions.
For Davao City orders, you have the option to have your order delivered the same day via Grab Express. Just click "Local Delivery" during checkout. Delivery rates vary depending on the location and ranges from Php50 to Php250 and thus will be paid upon delivery.
For international orders, send us an e-mail for order processing.
Pick-ups are available at our office. Complete address will be given after order confirmation.
If an order is intentionally refused or returned to us by the courier due to invalid shipping details, the re-shipping fee is borne by the client. Such occurrence will be arranged via e-mail. No refunds will be issued.
Fantaisie Gaze is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Should such event arise, contact your local JRS branch for assistance.
