When will my order ship?

If an item is marked as in-stock, it will ship within 2-4 business days. Shipping times vary for pre-order items and will be stated in the announcement bar of our website or on respective product pages.

I am in between sizes. How do I know which size to pick?

Most of our pieces have ample allowance. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing down. However, it is best to contact us to assist you personally as we know the fit of the clothes best. We also accept custom sizing.

How long is my order held before payment?

You are given 2 business days to settle your payment otherwise your order will be cancelled. If you sent the payment after order cancellation, you will either be asked to place an order again (provided that the item is available to order) or be refunded.

I have already sent my payment. What do I do next?

A clear photo of your receipt must be sent to our Instagram @fantaisiegaze or email fantaisiegaze@gmail.com with "'Payment' + Your Order ID" as the subject.

Can I order a piece in a different color?

Yes, however, it is subject to availability. Just send us a message for assistance. Additional fees apply.

Do you accept custom designs?

Yes we accept all types of custom designs. Send a message to our Instagram @fantaisiegaze to get in touch with Frankie.

Where are you based?

We are based in Davao City, Philippines.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, under special transactions. We do not have a standard rate for international shipments which is why we handle such cases personally. Email us or send a message to our Instagram @fantaisiegaze if you're based overseas and we'll discuss the most suitable shipping method for you.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet, but we do pop-ups from time to time.
