Return Policy

If you have received faulty merchandise or need to make an exchange please contact us on Instagram or send an email. We offer store credit or limited exchanges on available stocks for garments that are unworn and in their original condition within 7 days upon receipt of delivery. Refunds are not permitted. All shipping for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer. This policy does not apply to pre-order or sale items.

Some pieces may have been made of fabrics and materials that were secondhand, consigned, and recycled, hence possessing features distinct to each garment. Minimal flaws are normal such as pilling, signs of wear, and tiny blemishes, considering the "once loved" nature of our materials. Such materials have their own unique history, thus, containing blemishes as proof of their journey from their origin to our shop. 

Some of our pieces are one-offs and few-of-a-kinds. Should you wish to cancel an order after being paid, you will be refunded the total amount paid minus a 10% restocking fee. If an order is intentionally refused or returned to us by the courier due to invalid shipping details, the re-shipping fee is borne by the client. Such occurrence will be arranged via e-mail.

Pieces made of recycled textile and materials, or is a one-off or few-of-a-kind will be stated in the description.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is not a physical card but a unique code that could be redeemed at checkout. Gift cards do not expire. It cannot be purchased with a discount code. When used, the full value is applied. If your order total exceeds your gift card value, you may pay the balance using our standard payment methods. If your order is below your gift card value, the remaining balance may be used in future orders using the same code.
